I have been watching a number of videos on TED.
Benjamin Zander is a great conductor and a great speaker.
His talk is at this site:

He asks the question, "How would you be if you thought everyone loves classical music they just haven't found out about it yet?"
He points out that the conductor doesn't make a sound he depends for his power on making other people powerful.
What a great thought!
I say go make someone else powerful today!
